Hannah Kristi Whitlock, violin
Hannah began playing the violin shortly before her 5th birthday; at the age of 12, she was awarded a full merit scholarship to attend Interlochen Arts Camp. Hannah has served as Concertmaster in several groups, and is presently Associate Concertmaster of the Bay Youth Symphony Orchestra. She was selected as a member of the first violin section of the 2011 All-Virginia High School Orchestra. Hannah was the winner of the Bay Youth Orchestra Concerto Competition and the Richmond Symphony Orchestra League Concerto Competition this year. She is part of a chamber music group at Bethel Christian School that was invited to perform in 2009 and 2011 for The American Association of Christian Schools National Legislative Conference in Washington D.C. Hannah enjoys serving in her church's orchestra, and performing with her family. She also enjoys drama, reading, shopping and eating!
Jamie Agee, violin
Having been awarded the highest scholarship ever bestowed by the Shenandoah Conservatory summer music camp for 2007, Jamie Agee has been an influential part in organizing outreach music programs in churches and nursing homes. She was a participant in the Chamber Music Institute of Virginia for the summer of 2011 where she had the opportunity to work under Dr. Jean Montez in both the Young Artist Chamber Music Program and in the orchestra he conducted. Jamie has also performed in various metropolitan and community orchestras.
